Duties

• Work closely with leadership, engineering, design, sales, and other cross-functional teams to define and deliver Pontoro’s platform and products.
• Work with leadership to define roadmap and technical requirements based on the company strategy, market, user needs, competitor analysis, and technical feasibility.
• Translate business goals and objectives into actionable product requirements for engineering and design by defining user personas, journey maps, storyboards, and wireframes.
• Lead Product Analytics and Data Science feature development within the platform, and define and use metrics to guide product development.
• Use Data Analytics and Time series analysis to generate insights on asset performance and Customer Segment Analysis.
• Research and understand Game Theory and Blockchain along with subject matter experts to define Pontoro’s Auction and Trading protocols.
• Work with technology development partners to identify opportunities to develop solutions across the Pontoro platform.
• Manage dependencies, risk, and stakeholder expectations across Pontoro’s platform and product development.
• Guide Pontoro’s product marketing and sales efforts as a key stakeholder in the development of marketing and sales funnels.
• Research and stay ahead of new and upcoming technology in the blockchain fintech space, and build relationships with key community members.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor of Science in Electrical & Electronics Engineering or foreign equivalent and 2 years of previous experience in the alternate occupation as Product Manager. 30% international and 30% domestic travel required.

Wage/Hours

$200,304.00 - $235,000.00 per year (M-F/Full-Time: 40 hours/week).
